Nash Properties, Inc., a Georgia Licensed Builder, is the exclusive builder for the community and is owned & operated by Danny and Dennis Nash, who are second generation builders. Their father, Jimmy Nash, started building houses in 1960 in Tucker, GA where he also grew up. Danny and Dennis worked on the job sites as kids for their father. As soon as they were big enough to hold a broom, they were sent to work to help out dad. They didn’t know it at the time, but they were learning the business literally from the ground up.
Danny and Dennis started building together in 1992 in Cedar Creek Crossing in Lilburn, GA, a subdivision their father developed. They have built and developed many properties since, totaling over 150 homes, primarily in the Lilburn area of Gwinnett County in communities such as Nash Commons, Kenion Forest & Evergreen Commons. They have also built in Walton and Hall Counties and even one on Lake Hartwell.
Nash Properties, Inc. understands that you only get one chance to build your home right and that is the first time. That is why quality is more than a cliché, it is their standard of practice. They build each home as if that is where they were going to live. The job site is constantly monitored by at least one of the owners to ensure things are going smoothly. Due to their custom approach, they meet with homeowners at various stages of the building process to make sure the Buyer is happy and aware of the process. Nash Properties does everything they can to make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of the home.
Danny lives in Buford with his wife Karen and two children, Kaylee and Connor. Dennis lives in Flowery Branch with his wife Lisa and two sons, Ben and Branson.
